Over the past 10 days I have not stopped thinking about end-of-life rights and choices. This has mostly been because I’ve been preparing our expression of interest for flagship funding through the Big Lottery Silver Dreams Fund – Flagship Grants.
We were delighted to learn this week that we have been invited by Big Lottery Silver Dreams Fund to submit a full application for the roll out funding.
Last week Verena spent time delivering two training sessions to staff at The Subco Trust. Subco provides support to Asian elders from the Sub-Continent over the age of 55 years, with a particular focus on those who are frail, isolated and house bound.

The End of Life Advocacy Project was launched in January by Compassion in Dying in partnership with Age UK (East London).
