Very exciting times as we progress with appointing staff for My Life, My Decision.   We are currently advertising the lead post – Programme Manager.

We are looking for an experienced programme manager to deliver My Life, My Decision, including the line management of project staff, ensuring all deliverables and objectives are met and developing effective working relationships with all of the partners and the Big Lottery Fund.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing complex programmes of work and of building and maintaining organisational partnerships.  They will have well-developed analytical skills, the ability to assimilate new skills and information, and knowledge of the health and social care and/or charity sectors.  They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including being able to represent the organisation externally with high-level stakeholders.

This is such an exciting opportunity for someone to lead this new national outreach service; a service which will have a hugely positive impact on people’s lives and the quality of their deaths.
