Recognising the past when planning for the future
Advance statement
Usha leads the development of Compassion in Dying’s services, and works to ensure the voices and experiences of the people we support are understood, heard and acted upon. She is responsible for our collaborative and partnership work with other organisations, policy makers and individuals. Her background is in end-of-life domiciliary care and she has a particular interest in ways to put the theory of person-centred care into practice.
