Do you have strong views about how you want to be treated at the end of life?
Would you like to make your wishes known to your family, carers and doctors?
Do want to have choice and control over your future health care?
If yes to one or more of these questions and you are over 50, then book at a place at our October listening event.
At this free event you will be joined by staff from Age UK East London and Compassion in Dying at the fabulous Toynbee Hall. We will tell you the latest news about our pilot project and also seek your views on our plans to extend the project across London and the rest of England.
There will also be a free sandwich lunch, and if you have any questions about Advance Decisions or Lasting Power of Attorney’s we can answer them!
